The Multi Barre Method ™️ does not incorporate dance, impact cardio or long dynamic movements. This is important, as impact and dynamic movements have the potential to cause injury. Multi Barre's objective is to heal the body and mind, and make them both stronger. The barre is used as a prop to provide stability.
