The Multi Barre Method ™️ does not incorporate dance, high impact cardio or long dynamic movements. This is important, as high impact and dynamic movements have the potential to cause injury.
Multi Barre's objective is to heal the body and mind, and make them both stronger. The barre is used as a prop to provide stability.
Gym, weights, other barre styles, cross fit, I have tried them all!!! And I honesty enjoyed them until my knee injury came. I found multi barre classes a super safe and really effective work out. It has toned my muscles and given me strong abs! I love the feeling of burning muscles!!!
