The Multi Barre Method™️ was created to provide a safe workout for people with all body types, and all levels of experience.  The methodology behind The Multi Barre Method is physiotherapy.  All movements that are Multi Barre approved are from PT rehabilitation movements, and are all anchored in optimal postural alignment theory.

Multi Barre does not incorporate dance, cardio or long dynamic movements. The movements are a blend of core activation, glute strengtheners, arm, leg and back toners all performed with modern postural alignment cues.  

In Multi Barre, the barre is used as a prop to balance while the practitioner repeats exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements anchored in physiotherapy rehab methodology.  

Classes may also incorporate light handheld weights, resistance balls and resistance bands to bring an extra burn during all of those reps!  Classes include mat segments for additional targeted muscular work. Classes are suitable for all levels, and no experience is necessary. You are guaranteed to leave your Multi Barre class having had a full body workout. 

Our instructors are trained in specific postural alignment and Multi Barre Movements, which are ideal for all body types.

The objective of each Multi Barre class is to provide students with a fun, encouraging and upbeat learning environment.  The teacher does not practice the movements, so their attention remains on the students’ alignment.  This helps our instructors keep the practice safe for the students, which in turn, allows for the students to stay safe in their work out and receive the best possible results. 


The goal of a Multi Barre class is to sweat, and get your muscles burning and shaking…while you smile and have a little fun along the way! These classes produce immediate results in a safe and effective way.
