NO dance (at all) & NO flexibility is required! Our Mutli Barre classes are suitable for all levels, and can be done with or without props.


You will sweat, shake and burn in all the right spots, while keeping your low back, neck and knees in safe alignment.

The Multi Barre Method™️ was created to provide a safe workout for people with all body types, and all levels of experience.  The methodology behind The Multi Barre Method is physiotherapy.  All movements that are Multi Barre approved are from Physiotherapy rehabilitation movements, and are all anchored in optimal postural alignment theory.

Multi Barre does not incorporate dance, yoga, cardio or long dynamic movements.  The goal is to shake & burn; breaks are welcome however not inserted into class. Each class starts with glutes and ends with glutes, the sequence is kept similar to see your progress each time you practice.  A few minutes is allotted for stretching at the end of class.


That would be: Multi Barre PLUS. We have spent years trying to integrate the MB Method with other modalities; however, we hold true to the ethics of physiotherapy. So, MB+ was born: The same awesome MB Sequence incorporating some stretch breaks, breath-work & cardio (low impact modifications are provided).  This class is perfect for those seeking less burn and shake & more variety in their routine.



The movements are a blend of core activation, glute strengtheners, arm, leg and back toners all performed with modern postural alignment cues, anchored in SAFE movement: physiotherapy rehab techniques, muscle isolation & mindfulness.



The goal of a Multi Barre class is to sweat, and get your muscles burning and shaking…while you smile and have a little fun along the way! These classes produce immediate results in a safe and effective way.   



In Multi Barre, the barre is used as a prop to balance while the practitioner repeats exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements anchored in physiotherapy rehab methodology.  



Classes may also incorporate light handheld weights, resistance balls and resistance bands to bring an extra burn during all of those reps!  Classes include mat segments for additional targeted muscular work. Classes are suitable for all levels, and no experience is necessary. You are guaranteed to leave your Multi Barre class having had a full body workout. 



Our instructors are trained in our curated postural alignment, Multi Barre Movements & Sequencing, Anatomy, & Alignment.  Our teachers align with our ethics and the potency of our method. When you take a Multi Barre or MB Plus class, you know you will get high-quality instruction where your instructor ensures that your safety & well-being come first.
